We’re seasoned event co-ordinators, catering to a wide range of industries and customers. We handle everything from concept, design, build, eye-catching entertainment and merchandise, through to our on-site presence for reassurance and support in order for your event to run seamlessly, so you can enjoy it as much as the event attendees!

IPEXPO Manchester

The IP EXPO in Manchester is a staple and very successful event for our client. Each year we work hard to ensure that there stand sets itself apart from all others, driving engagement and potential leads. For this event we ran a giant Scalextric track around the stand, inviting delegates to test their skill against colleagues and to win some exciting prizes.

Digit Expo Scotland

Our first time in Scotland with Nutanix was to manage the Digit Expo, a fairly new event that attracted hundreds of IT and Infrastructure professionals from around the region, eager to learn about new industry developments. We set ourselves apart at this event by serving delegates breakfast from our stand, flyers were distributed throughout the keynote theatres to promote and the sales team were able to exceed their targets, even at a particularly quiet and new event.

IPEXPO London

One of the biggest and well-known exhibitions within the industry, the Europe EXPO event, held at the Excel in London sees thousands of delegates across two days visiting stands from big players such as Microsoft and Amazon. We always put on a show at this event and 2018 was no different. We arranged for some of the Star Wars cast to come and visit the stand, causing a commotion of people wanting pictures, allowing the perfect opportunity to generate leads.

Microsoft Ignite The Tour

Our first event of 2020, Microsoft Ignite was a huge success. Exceeding our lead generation targets and receiving amazing feedback from stand visitors and Nutanix. For this event, we took care of all the admin, stand design, merchandise and also the lead generation/entertainment. Our team was on-site getting delegates involved in various VR games, allowing the sales staff to work their magic.

BETT

A huge event for Nutanix, BETT was a three-day exhibition that spanned half the length of the Excel Centre in London and hosted over 34,000 visitors from over 146 countries! Following the success of the VR entertainment provided previously for this client, a decision was made to do the same for BETT and again our team was on-site, helping to generate leads.

Gartner Catalyst Conference

The Gartner Catalyst Conference was an important event for Nutanix as C-level delegates attended this paid event to experience keynotes from influential leaders of the industry, network and to make new substantial connections. We worked hard to ensure that everything from the merchandise to conversational pieces and stand design was meaningful and memorable to the delegates.

Exhibition Management

We’re experienced in the planning and management of large format exhibition presence for our clients. We’ve worked across the UK supporting events such as the IP EXPO, Microsoft Ignite, AWS Summit, Gartner Cloud Expo and much more. We aim to make the experience as smooth as possible for our clients by taking care of all admin tasks, stand design, lead generation and much more, making it as easy as possible for the client to arrive at their stand and do what they do best without any of the additional worry.

Brand Events

Brand events have proven to be a fantastic opportunity for our clients to expand their reach within a region. We’ve organised many different types of brand events from public family events, to invite only VIP experiences which allow our clients an opportunity to provide their special customers with an experience that they won’t forget. We’re involved in the full process, from pitching the initial concept, to booking, generating interest, managing attendance and also on site event support and management.
