CARLY BROOKS | CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Carly Brooks brings 17 years of award-winning experience in the television and digital content industries to the agency. Her extensive career showcases a remarkable breadth across genres and platforms, from developing and producing the BAFTA-winning entertainment series Armchair Detectives for the BBC to finessing the RTS Northern Ireland Award-winning Lifestyle and Features programme Big Money Munch for BET. Her innovative approach to multiplatform storytelling was further recognised with a Rose d'Or nomination for BBC Three’s Big Proud Party Agency in the Best Multiplatform Series category. Demonstrating a continued commitment to impactful content across emerging formats, a true crime project developed by Carly with A+E Network, Unbreakable, has received two nominations in the True Crime Awards for Best Episodic Podcast and On Screen: Impact for Change.
Throughout her career, Carly has cultivated a strong track record of collaborating effectively with talent, comedians, writers, and creative teams, successfully developing and delivering numerous projects across television, digital platforms, and audio. Her understanding of diverse content forms and audience engagement is now the driving force behind CIM, a creative content agency founded with the vision of bringing this level of expertise to brands and businesses, while also championing the rich talent pool within the Greater Manchester region.
HANNAH BAMFORD | SOCIAL & DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
XARA RATHORE | MULTIMEDIA PRODUCER
A highly creative and skilled Multimedia Producer with a strong passion for visual storytelling and digital content creation. Xara brings a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end production process, specialising in both long and short-form video for a variety of online platforms. Her expertise covers all stages from concept and scripting to filming, editing, motion graphics and final delivery.
Beyond video, Xara also has experience in producing other engaging multimedia content, including audio and graphic design. Proficient in industry-standard software, she has a keen eye for detail and delivers high-quality, impactful content that resonates with audiences.
